MARIO NEGRI INSTITUTE
The building is located in Bovisa, just next to Politecnico University and occupies a total campus area of 42,000 square metres and is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and technology.
The building is equipped with 2 conference rooms (400 and 200 seats), 6 meeting rooms with 60 seats, a multimedia room, a 400 m2 computer library and a residence consisting of 33 mini-apartments to accommodate foreign and Italian researchers working at the Institute.

From the Airports
From Malpensa Airport: Malpensa Express train to Milan Bovisa station, then 5 minutes walk to the Venue.
From Linate Airport: metro M4 (blue) to San Babila, connection with metro M5 (red) to Cadorna, connection with train station to Milano Bovisa Station, then 5 minutes walk to the Venue.
From Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport: bus shuttle to Milan, then metro or train to Milano Bovisa Station, then 5 minutes walk to the Venue.
From the Stations
From Milano Centrale Station, train “Malpensa Aeroporto T. 2” to Milano Bovisa station, then 5 minutes walk to the Venue.
From Milano Cadorna Station, any train stopping at Milano Bovisa station, then 5 minutes walk to the Venue.
From other Train Station, any train stopping at Milano Bovisa Station, then 5 minutes walk to the Venue.

ACCOMMODATION
A number of hotel rooms at preferential rates in different price categories has been reserved in Milan and surrounding areas for IC-PTE 2024 delegates.
Given the high demand for hotel accommodation also for other contemporary events planned in the same days, it is advised that you make your reservation as early as possible in order to have the best choice of available hotels and take advantage of best rates.
The Conference has provided for various hotel and room booking systems, in order to access very convenient rates for 3 and 4 star accommodation, especially in the event of advance bookings.

Suggested hotels and other accomodation facilities are located in CityLife districts of Milano, well connected to the city’s metro network and therefore allow you to easily reach the conference venue, served by 2 metro lines, 4 metro stations, and the underground railway network (Passante Ferroviario).
